Browning silver 20ga. MO Duck Blind.

Postby AceGunner » Sun Dec 16, 2012 6:15 pm

I have a browning silver 20ga. In mossy oak duck blind, this is the dura touch coating they advertise is so durable. The gun is only 2 years old, and there is a spot on the hand guard about the size of a half dollar that has the camo coming off and is bright white plastic underneath. I live in the STL area, so Brownings repair center in Arnold, MO is only 30 min. Drive, I'm thinking about taking it down there for repair. I'm kinda afraid that there gonna say that it's normal wear and tear, which will piss me off but..... Anyway any thoughts anyone?

I have that same issue with my SX3. I've heard it's a lifetime on the dura touch. Can't say from experience though. Call em up and ask em before you drive that way. You may have to ship it somewhere to get redone, I don't know.
