Birds were sca--tt--er--ed out but seem to be back in our area this morning. Just about all the rice fields in our area have water whether they are hunted or not so i don't need to tell you what that can do to bird activity!!!. My Nephew hunted yesterday and this morning and reported that the geese and ducks are around again. As for workable birds, it had been slow but we had been seeing constant flights of large flocks high from daylight until 9:00 am but they were hard to work. The last couple of days they are lower and working better. Hopefully we are where they want to be until it closes????

Our field is flooded. Got the pump running now. All off the fields in our area have plenty water so birds have free range of the place
