   It's been a tough season for me and I still have 3 hunts to go but man does it feel good to have a great day in the field for once.

It would cost a bundle but I would love to see something like that hanging in a "dead mount" in my house.

Nice shoot.

CatchinZs you must not be in Texas. A man's gotta eat on Sundays too. Stupid law.

Nope, NC. Been too hot here anyway, they're not moving but we got a cold front of on the way this week.

Great job Barney! I was positive that Sunday was going to be my first limit of the season, but yet another 4 bird hunt for me. Hunting on the back side of a levee with the 20+mph N wind at our backs. Twice when I called a shot (birds sunk beneath line of sight on the levee) the birds were suspended 40 yds out in the heavy wind....rookie mistake!

Thanks. Hang in there man. You will get you a full strap. I have been on nothing but 1's, 2's, and goose eggs all season until sat. Did not do anything different but down size the spread. The bulk of the birds just now made it to my location, or the hunting pressure pushed um to me, or the weather? Hoping they are at my public spot too. Good luck on that full strap
