Where I hunt I can't find a lot of Mallards so that would be one for me or i would like to shoot a nice mature drake Pintail.

A banded black duck. close 2nd would be a redhead...never even seen a live redhead.

I would like to kill a bull sprig, and of course banded. I have killed every kind of puddle duck except a pintail. I have killed a ringneck(who hasn't), but I don't really care if I ever kill a bluebill, canvasback, or redhead.
