Duck Sticks and Goose Jerkey!

Getting some duck sticks and goose jerky made! Thinking of jalapeño and cheese, terriaki, spicy and bacon and cheese the goose is just going to be peppered maybe some terriaki but any reccomendations on any other flavors?

Why don't you post the instructions on making these. I have about 12 pounds of duck I need to get cooking.

Gotta be careful with the type of cheese. It can make the sticks wet.

I would appreciate a sticks recipe to. I've had deer sticks, but never really thought about duck sticks.

I'm not making them myself sadly just don't have the time with school and a local butcher/Italian sausage maker is doing them for me for an extremely reasonable price. Cheese would also be cheddar my hunting buddy had them done last year he took 127 lbs of goose and duck in and the total was like 200$ can't beat that for that much meat. :thumbsup:
