Shot this grey on the last day. Never seen one with a black ring around its neck. Real nice bird with a ton of orange on its back. Any of yall seen this? Pretty sure its all gadwall. Genetic mutation?

A buddy of mine that I guide with shot a Gaddy the season before last(2011/2012) that had green and yellow on it's head. He thinks it's a hybrid, but no one is really certain.
I'll post pics once he gets it back from the taxidermist.
