Speaking of poppers, I have kind of a stupid question.
Last time I made them, I used goose breasts and made them up for the guys at work. Except in my gallon zip lock bag, I had 4 breasts frozen in a chunk of ice. Ended up only using 2 of the breasts for poppers. So I put the other 2 unused breasts back in a back, refilled up with water and refroze. You think they are still good? I wouldn't see why not..

BTW- just finished making the stuffing for the duck egg rolls...WOW!!!!
these are gonna be awesome! I added carrots, and greenonions, little red pepper flake to it..didn't have any tasso on hand, thought I did so I scratched that. I went with the dried apricots-but I reconstituted them in a small pan with a little pinapple juice and lemon juice, with a touch of sugar. the dried were way to firm for this....can't wait to put them together and try one!
