Postby tako1972 » Sun Mar 03, 2013 1:16 pm

Calling on my duck friends to see who has the best crawfish in Texas. We have gotten real uneven stuff these last years and are looking for only the best. Graded, lively, flavorful. Hope y'all are catching lot's of fish! Thanks for any info you can provide.

We used to just drive from Nacogdoches to the crawfish farms to buy ours... couldnt beat it! I agree with pol ...I am assuming you want live supplied near Austin or San Antonio right? Try Acadiana restaurant off 410 & 151 in SA pretty sure they still sell them live. Or we could make a roadtrip with a bunch of coolers to La.

Sorry bout being vague with the flavorful. Live, yes.
The funny thing is I have this question going on a couple of different things(Facebook etc.) and no one really has said any company specifically. Guess we will have to go back to Ol' Louisianne SA!
