The bluish tint is from the lighting. Gimme some opinions. Ya'll think the "frankenstein" ring around the neck is too noticible? They haven't been clear coated yet.
When she asked me how drunk I was on a scale of 1-10, and I told her a B-, I knew it wasn't gonna go well....

I admire your willingness to attack those decoys and modify them to the extent you have. ( I do the same thing with mine)

Hard to really duplicate a gadwall paint scheme with only solid brown/dark gray.

EDIT: I think you have that picture upsidedown.

yeah, I looked at some photos online, and there's no way way to make them look like a real one. Just settled on a paint scheme and went with it.

The heads could be a little bit lighter but other than that they look great to me. Great job
