flaming goose kababs

A version of this recipe might be on here somewhere so if it is I appologize. I kind of made it up and it came out so well I had to share it.

I served these up at a party over the weekend and they were gone as soon as they got off the grill.

Cut goose breast into thin 2" wide strips and soak over night in beer and garlic.

1/2 hr before cooking time tenderize goose with a meat tenderizer and sprinkle with your dry rub of choice.

Wrap goose meat around a chunk of jalapeno and some red onion. Wrap a piece of bacon around the outside of the goose meat and hold it all into place with a kebab skewer. Grill on medium heat until bacon is well cooked and enjoy!!

These things are great!! If you aren't a huge spicey food fan you can replace the jalapeno with bell pepper or any other veggie of your choice.
