This season was a hoot. It's a rare occasion (Cason can relate) when I get to venture off the farm during duck season. This year, when I did get to leave, I made some real friends. Has been an honor, gents.

Hats off to the BBHC crew for the hospitality.

Cannon, I cannot thank you enough for your hospitality as well. Thank you so much for hosting US on a hunt. I thoroughly enjoy BLASTIN' cigs and talking about life with you. One day brother, we will do it again. I owe just as much respect to Cannon as I do to Byers. Thank you, sir.

Nope, was a my privilege to have you gents. If you do come back, I'm gonna suggest signing your stamps. Just sayin'.

Haha! Effin Arkansas stamps. That staple saved me.

First and last time I've seen Mr. Green Jeans on my place in more than 3 years.

Yep. The best part.

I'll give the Cason & Kyle this: they can spot a warden's truck from a literal mile away.

His was an extended cab. Those suicide doors make a distinct squeak.

All I can say for mr. green jeans is he's crazy quite compared to the boys in blue. I've about dirtied my pants on more than one trip on the river when he showed up at midnight, and we never knew til a light popped on from 20 ft away. Whenever the local cops would be along the river we'd hear 'em trying to sneak up from 100 yards out.

First, those ducks were decoying birds, they just look tall on camera. Secondly, they weren't on the "x" in that video. The "x" was about 600 yards to their left. They were close enough to the "x" to get their birds, but far enough away that when they came back the next morning, the birds were still there. That's the whole point of it.

I've been on that particular "x" before. 8-man limits took 12 minutes with no blind, no cover, and no decoys. Those boys smoke 1,500 of em in an average season because they know how to manage birds.

I really enjoyed that, sent a few friends the link so they could enjoy it also. Great music too, much better than the usual elevator tunes that most duck hunting videos have. I'm now waiting for part two.
