State of Florida selling hunting land. Please help!

While not in GA, this property is right on the Georgia line just south of Thomasville. G have met several guys from GA that hunt it, and it would be a loss to the outdoor community as a whole.

A local tract of public land totaling 3,700 acres in north Florida is in the process of being sold to private individuals. In two weeks the state will be auctioning it off to the highest bidder. This property has been used for outdoor recreation including hunting, fishing, hiking, and horseback riding for over 100 years. Please click this link to go to the facebook page and like to sign this online petition. If you feel inclined, email the governor or commissioner Adam Putnam and demand that we keep wards creek in Jefferson county open to the public, and not sell out to special interest groups.
