Bufflehead Recipe

I've got a bunch of bufflehead (breasted) that I'm ready to eat. How would you all recommend cooking them?

I just cut them in half and use them for a big duck popper. Wrap them in bacon with a jalopeano pepper (just slice one of the pickeled ones in a jar). Put them on the bbq, and when the bacon is done, so is the duck.

Sounds good, I may try this. We've been passing these up.
