New Early Season Teal Limits

Postby TimberMan34 » Mon Aug 26, 2013 1:51 pm

As most of you know the limit will be six teal during the early teal season. Wondering if everyone thinks this was a good idea or bad idea. I am glad they changed limit because it is actually worth my time going and killing six.
I saw it right off, didnt put enough dirt down

I'd be out there if the limit were one and I couldn't always, or even often, get that one.

But I'm thinking those who need limits to find teal hunting worthwhile will now be disappointed more often.
If you think I'm wrong, you might be right.

I never said I didn't go because of the limit was four. I go every chance I get but I only hunt two days during teal season because of my job. I could care less about limit. I was just suggesting you could kill more birds.

And park duck. I hunt everyday I can. I don't know what stay home is suppose to mean. But I put more hours into hunting then most people do. I hunt 100% public land. And only missed five days of second split. And I had more fun on some of the trips we killed zero then some we limited out on. So don't think I am one of these young kids that is only worried about killing stuff.

Teal hunting in September is just like dove hunting(minus the beer). They fly by and you kill em. Simply the easiest waterfowl hunts of the year. Lot of fun too!
