State taxidermy permit

Postby sprigpig1 » Wed Sep 11, 2013 5:24 pm

I know about the fed permit... But does anybody know if California requires the state permit? All the lite research I've done and people I've talked to say no. Just looking for a definitive answer or site where I could look it up.

Thanks,
Brandon

Golden Rule # 63...............NEVER ask for legal advice on the internet  When in doubt pick up the phone and ask the ones who make the rules not the ones who sometimes know them

"I thought" has probably cost people about as much money as saying "I do" while standing on the altar :grooving: :lol3: :grooving:

That's an awesome commercial Pete.

Yep tried calling CA Fish and Game prior to posting this with little success. Everyone I talked to said that if there was a permit it was not sold there

O well I'll keep diggin

I'm almost certain that there is not a requirement for the State license. There is here, but our state isn't ready to file bankruptcy either. You got to have a license to wipe your own ass here, and I refuse to violate, so I quit wiping years ago! LOL

I think your right Pete. All of the taxis I've talked to hear in CA say no just need your fed. Waiting on a call back from a game warden buddy to confirm.
