TSK TSK TSK...so many rookies...
Anyway...here is the secret. The Krylon flat or matte is the way to go...but I'd go flat...just a lil more forgiving.
Shake the can for up to 2 minutes....hold away from the decoy 12-18 inches. 3-4 light coats...the last coat can be almost a dusting....gives it texture and cuts down on the shine even more.
Allow 10-20 minutes drying time in between coats....yes you re-coat sooner but this way is better.
If not doing it this way, you will have shine, a white milky coating, it will chip and peel and yellow.
One last thing...shake the can again...for at least another 30 secs to a minute between coats....remember light coats.
