Anyone have experience with it?

A co-worker buddy of mine had been powdercoating stuff for years. He hasn't done cerakote yet but is confident he can.

How durable is it? I'm thinking of coating one of my 870's. No need for extra corrosion protection here but I do makea trip south every year and that TX Gulf water can get nasty.
Just say no to internet scouting.

I've done a lot of it. It is pretty durable, prep work is key though. It is a spray on finish though so don't expect it to be as durable as parkerizing or anodizing.
