Tone Boards

What sort of tuning can you do to the tone board? I've never messed with it in fear of ruining a call. Do you sand it lightly and why would you do this? Also, where is a good place to buy reeds and cork? I've ordered em from call companies but when shipping is more than the product...count me out.

I wouldn't suggest doing any sanding on a tone board. There are certain spots that you sand on to make the call do different things. If you need to have the call worked on just send it back to the call maker. They will know what to do with it.

Like strait said, don't touch the toneboard. There is a reason they leave the shop the way they do. If you need something done to the call, get in touch with the call maker.

X2 on Echo for reeds and cork
