Grilled Teal and Woodie

Here's how I do my ducks on the grill. Simple but amazing.
Take your duck breasts (I prefer fresh teal or woodies from that morning but you make the call...) and lightly coat in olive oil, then proceed to season them generously with cavenders greek seasoning on each side, then wrap each one in one whole strip of bacon. Toothpick em and throw em on a hot grill... Oh I would say 400 degrees. Cook em 2-3 1/2 minutes on each side depending on how you like em, 2 minutes being rare, 3 1/2 being medium rare. Enjoy. This is the only way to do em on the grill... :thumbsup:
