That it has 18" sides, 40" beam, 11' long, heavy gauge aluminum and rated for 15hp.

I haven't seen a factory boat here in the US built anything like this, I am sure there is, but not that I've seen. I'd buy one for a river boat with a longtail if I could.

It really

It wouldn't work well with a long tail at all.... You need skinny and long.... not short and fat....

IT aint rated for 15 hp by US Coast Guard Standards. More like 5 hp. Sorry to pop the bubble. Do a search on the backyard boat builder publication - it explains stuff like that. Sure you can put a 15 on it as I have done to a 10 ft Hybrid and go fast but it aint safe per USCG guidelines.

Those sides are 90 degrees, not so good for leaning, etc. The "punt" is called a sled in US language.

Build one out of wood & FG/epoxy = cheaper, possibly lighter, and just as good.

OMG!

That's one heck of a Craigslist extravaganza!

I just can't call 'em boats if they are a box with an angled bow. There needs to be a hull design, side flare, or something.
