I just finished having dinner at Doc's, and it looks like there still aren't many ducks on the coast.

Also, you should buy stock in aqua-seal...I'm headed to academy to buy my 20th tube! There ain't nothing worse that dang leaky waders!

I miss chasing some big flats and blues!
However, hooking into 6' & 7' sharks regularly is pretty fun too!

I got all the duck decoys cleaned up, and put away. Airboat is cleaned out, and the bow fishing gear is rigged up...time to start taking people fishing. The buffalo, carp, gar, drum, and tilapia better be watching out. I'll likely be chasin catfish also...the big boys biting like crazy on goldfish right now, and I need to fill the freezer.

I soaked the breast in fresh water over night to pull any blood globs out. Clean the breast really well and get any remaining globs of blood off the breast as well as feathers that shot pushed into the breast.

Pat the breasts dry with a towel. Place them on a shallow baking pan in the fridge uncovered. I flipped them 2 times a day for 7 days. The first day or two I would drain off any liquid that collected in the pan. After 7 days I either cook them or vacuum seal them.

Yeah I beat everyone else but her so I guess it can't get any better then that. If someone has to cook better food then you, it better be your wife.

This is what was left of my shed after it took out my neighbors house. Decoys were flying all over the place...found a couple about 500 yards out in a field.
