I had a marinade for ducks that I think was woshishire, soy sauce and cinnamon. I know at least two are correct, but not sure on all three. Deffinetly had the cinnamon. Not sure if the combo is right or what the proportion are. Can't find the info after I moved. Anyone know if it?
