Looking to make a decent purchase this off season to beef up my goose spread. I am debating between 3 to 4 dozen silos or 1 to 1.5 dozen full bodies. From some of you veteran field honker hunters what would give me the most bang for my buck?
Depends on your transport and storage capabilities, as well as budget. I'm a silo guy, but i'm by no means opposed to fullbodies. I just don't have the space to store or transport them right now. Both work in the field.
I would be transporting in a truck/suv with no trailer 90% of the time. My budget is about 300 to 350. I currently own 1dz silos, 5dz shells of various sizes, and 6fb. My newest decoys are probably 10 to 12 years old.
Thanks guys looks like I'll be buying a bunch of silos
