New to the forum/ Waterfowl hunting

Postby jayprev » Sun Nov 03, 2013 8:58 am

Hey guys, I'm new to Waterfowl hunting, as-well as FL Hunting, seeing as I've primarily hunted in NC and GA. I am looking to really get involved in duck hunting, as-well as find some people to go hunting with,I live in Pinellas county, if anybody lives around these parts, and will be willing to help a fellow hunter out, I would welcome the offer. Thanks in advance.

I meant to ask if you had any gear at all? Boat, dekes, etc...

Gonna need a migratory bird permit (free), state waterfowl permit($5), federal duck stamp can be picked up at local post office(%15), and if you want you can also get a WMA permit which is always useful.

And a hunting license ($17.50)

One time I left it behind turkey hunting.
Of course I didn't notice until I walked a mile into the woods.
That was a tough morning. Bastards can bite thru gloves and
a baseball cap. I did not see any birds that day. I'm sure it
was because I was flinching and shaking every 30 seconds.
