10 Gauge Briley Choke Tube Question

Postby JDWilliams » Sun Nov 03, 2013 9:40 pm

I am looking to get a Briley choke for my BPS 10 gauge, but I don't know which model or constriction to purchase. I plan on shooting mainly RSI #99 with #1 shot at both ducks and geese. My question is which will pattern the best at 40 yards? All help will be appreciated!
The 10 is still the gun for waterfowl.... If you can handle it.

INV X-2 Briley .745"is the one you want. However, I would pattern starting at 50 yards. The 10ga is more for 50 to 60 yard shots. Where as you can kill geese just fine at 40 with a 12ga.
