intermediate level goose call

Postby xtrema2 » Sat Nov 23, 2013 6:58 am

I'm looking at getting a decent goose call but I have no idea what I should buy. I'm not looking for anything too expensive because we just don't get many geese around here. We might see 10 or 12 bunches a year so I don't really want to spend 100$ on a call. I just want something that sounds good and is fairly easy to blow. I have a power clucker and a Canada hammer but I'd like to have something a bit better. What would you guys get??

Try your hand with some of winglock's calls in walnut finish. They sound fantastic and just as good with customer service.

I would recommend a GK giant slayer. Cheap call, looks great, and sounds awesome. Also they are very easy to run.

Cheap is relative. To me 100 for a call is normal. I will say I have no affiliation with this company but vocal destruction calls, the short reed is sick, just got one, like yesterday. Runs smooth and takes little air. I would def check them out I am very very impressed with the call.
