Shot in the Dark

Postby GA Quackhead » Wed Nov 27, 2013 6:07 pm

Lost my Iphone today at Fishing Creek WMA. Could care less about the phone but really don't want to lose the pix of my kids first hunting season. Any help appreciated! Find my Iphone says it's at an address in Evans, but I don't think the old lady I spoke to at the address spends much time in the blind.

Not to sure about iphones, but did you have photostream enabled if so all of your photos are available for download online.

You also, as long as you have service, may be able to download an app that will pinpoint where it is based on gps signals it can send out

Thanks for the heads up Dawgs. That was it. Made the trip and got it back. Although I think it will have to be replaced after the truck ran over it. But it still turns on and backup works. And thanks to Mr. Watts for keeping it charged and posting on DU site.

We need more people like that now a days. Most would keep it and sell it. Its a shame what this generation has been taught :hammer:

Glad you got your phone back! I always keep mine in a plastic bag in my waterproof pocket on the inside of my waders
