been workin on several things. I met with worknem a while back and he gave me a lot of help. I have been working on running some strings of quacks together and trying to sound like a duck. Also trying out some different words to use. Different ones are easier for me. Then i like to work on the ones i'm not so good at, hopefully to someday sound like a couple of ducks. right now the word that is working good for me is Quit. I think i am getting a good soud with that and can run a good 6 or 7 of them out consistently. I think that i am getting some really good feed chatter. I am really comfortable with "shook" can run several notes together mixing up fast and slow and throwin some "goo's" and "Quacks" in it. I think my rollin feed is o.k. for the amount of time i've been doing it. I like tuk-ah tuk-ah. also mixing in some quacks. and different speeds.
I take my dog out to a local resivour everynight to train, when we are done we walk for about 45 min around the lake and i practice with my call. So far i havn't had any mallards land on my head. :toofunny: The other day i did get one to yell back at me. but i think she was just tellin me to be quite.
.....you've got to ask yourself a question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well, do ya, punk?
