FB or shells?

Which would you choose for hunting huge corn fields from a layout blind?
I can drive out in the fields to set up.
Which have a more realistic, life like look to fool thousands of ducks circling in a vortex coming in?

Either or is gonna work. If money and storage is no option as well as being able to drive into the field then id opt for FB. If you don't have a nice trailer, no off season storage and have to walk in then shells may be more in you ball game. You could also use silos in that case. You will kill ducks over all of these.

To be honest, FB honkers and a few spinners should do the trick. I think, in a lot of cases, not all, that you can kill just as many ducks over a honker spread with spinners, and then if honkers do show you don't have an all duck spread that they don't want to work to.

4 dozen fb honkers, half dozen full body mallards in the kill hole and 2 spinners with remotes right in front of the blinds when the geese start flying and in the middle of the kill hole before the geese are flying.

Either will work. I have three dozen Deadly Decoy Mallards and have killed over those. They dance in the wind very nicely.
