Juneau ducks?

Anyone ever hunt ducks around Juneau? Transferred flights there and on the way in looking out the window it looked kinda ducky and I was just curious.

Had a buddy that flew helicopters out of there, tourist off ships, said opening day sounded like a war, at the airport, so I guess it not only looks ducky but indeed has some birds, at least on opening day..

Just got 7 ducks on Saturday. We get quite a bit of activity there around the airport.
Mallards and Green Wings primarily, with Pintail, Widgeon, Gadwall, Bufflehead, Goldeneye, Shovelers, Scaup and some others too. We have Sea Ducks in Juneau, but don't see as many of them on the Wetlands. We get a pretty good setup. We also have Canada geese, and end of this month into next month we will see a huge influx of the Canada Geese: Aleutian, Cackling and Lessers mainly.

Been out 4 days got 4 mallards and 4 teal.
If God wanted us to be vegetarians, he would have made broccoli more fun to shoot at.

Days hunted 4
Mallards 3
Teal 4
