Well i'm pretty sure a black is a mallard so it should taste the same. Well right now I have cubes or duck (black) soaking overnight in Italian dressing and then i'm going to fry it up for lunch.
So how should I fry it any ideas welcomed!!!!
Theres nothing like frostbite and gunpowder in the air!!!!
