I have a Rotisserie cooker, like the Ron Popeil Rotisserie machine. I was wondering if anyone has any rotisserie duck or goose receipes and how long to cook it? I think I cook a chicken for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
It's big enough to hold 2 chickens side by side, or 1 big chicken so it should hold 1 maybe 2 ducks or a small to normal size goose.
Is rotisserie even a good way to cook Waterfowl?
