Who' seen baby bird's so far???

Postby duckdog » Sun May 29, 2005 6:50 am

I travel all over NW Iowa for my work, and live within ten minutes of 8 lake's and numerous slough's. Have seen alot of geese with gosling's, starting to see a few hatche's of duck's, and seen my first clutch of pheasant's Friday. Don't know how all the rain this spring will affect the pheasant hatch, hopefully it don't hurt them to bad. Been watching a pair of woodie's across the road from me in a little flooded timber spot( in town none the less) have'nt seen any liitle one's swimming around yet, hopefully soon. Been having the pellet gun out, pupming a few cat's up so they don't get a chance to go after them. What has everyone else seen.
Any day in the outdoor's is better than at work
