This can be anything from articles, photos, stories, recipes, how-to's and tips, news, editorials; basically pertaining to waterfowling.

If we use your submission you are eligible for DHC gear, duck calls, or sponsor items.

I have lots of good stories. Kidnapped by indians; attacked in the middle of the night by other duck hunters (on whiskey); Father in law pulled gun on me Christmas eve, then told the cops I attacked him and it went all the way to a trail (found not guilty); Father killed in spooky hunting accident that could happen to even very safe hunters; and lots of plain old hunts and funny stuff.

My college english professor (and others) have suggested the indian story could/should be a movie... lots a twists and turns.. but it takes a lot a writing. Maybe I should try it again... but have gotten awfully lazy.

Do you need to be selected as a contributor to submit stories or can I just submit them per the directions given? I have a lot of articles that I post on a company site and would love to contribute to this web site. I post a lot of tips on everything from decoy sets to recipies. We run a Duck Club here in Utah and we eat, sleep, and breathe waterfowl.

we would be willing to donate a good light for the winner of the story submission, or to have a drawing for the light as some sort of prize for major contribution to the duckhunting community.

How do we know if we are still in a pile to be read, or just tossed to the side?
