Any good rabbit recipes floating around out there?

I like to deep fry mine the same way as my fish;dunked in egg then breaded with italian seasoned bread crumbs and finely grated parmesian cheese. Then I serve it with lemon wedges and honey mustard.

I'll also marinate the rabbit in italian dressing over night and then grill it. Teriyaki marinades are good too.

Crock pot, and a can of cream of mushroom, and one can of cream of celery. Delicous!!! Either that or try cubing the meat and making a stew, very good to.
Any day in the outdoor's is better than at work

Tenderise then chop rabbit finely and pan fry hotnfast in oil with diced bacon and garlic.

Put aside rabbit pieces.

Add 1/2 cup white wine, pepper, salt to pan then simmer for a couple of minutes until pans glazed.

Add cream, parmesan and a little flour simmer again until thick and creamy.

Then add rabbit pieces stir in then serve.

Goes well with light larger

This recipe is good for duck as well just swap white wine with red and marinate duck first
