Is that a rhetorical question? Kinda common sense isn't it? Wanna know how hospitals save lives?

if you plant it, they will come! however, in texas, you have to wait 'til the 2nd season to hunt it.

NOTE: they will also come if pour out a couple hundred pounds of corn per week in you favorite hunting spot. i do not reccommend doing this due to federal game violations.

It should be common sense, but it isn't.

MY list for wetlands (pretty much MD specific):
1) stop filling them in for development and having a mitigation wetland built elswhere
2) enforce Critical Areas laws and seriously fine violators
3) stop issuing retroactive permits for violations
2013 Totals

1 1991 Chevy Lumina (harvested by a PT Cruiser)

Tom* i think the answer of your over question lies in the concept that you were wasting yours and our time by asking.
