i talked to a guy not long ago at a trap shoot that said he had been dove hunting not long ago and killed in excess of 1600 in a single day. is that guy full of crap or does that actually happen?

was he in argentina? if he was then yeah possibly.

i think he may have been. if he hit every time he shot, he still shot over 1600 times in a day. i cant imagine that...

They kill a lot in Mexico. But, Argentina is th place to go. I think the record for doves is 5,000 in a day held by some Oil Prince.

my dads boss man went down there and i dont know how many was in the group that was with him but they killed somthin like 16000 dove in 3 days! i think its a different kind of dove than we have though.

you can, if ya got the $$$$ :eek: but funny thing is, some outfits in Mexico charge even more $$$
