Can anyone help with a control method for this type of beetle?

There are several products on the market that will work, but I'm afraid with most you will have some crop damage.

There is a product called D9 by Caterpillar.

You can use several Deere products.

But to minimize the crop damage, you could use chinook's product.

Good luck with your bug removal.

Invasive German bugs!
Much worse than those Japanese bettles since they are so much bigger.
My lab is still the best hunting partner there is.
