Browning Gold

Postby blkdux » Tue Jul 26, 2005 10:50 am

I just got a new browning gold 3 inch gun to dunt with this year. My 11-87 was worth about 5 cent as far as I cared. Some people tell me that the 3 1/2 gold will jam a lot and the 3 inch gun does not. If any of yall out there use a gold, please let me know how yours does. I know it throws about the best pattern I have ever seen out of a 12 gauge. With a imp mod duck commander choke.
If you can't run the call you have, don't !! Get some lessons, it will help us all.

Bought a 3.5 Browning Gold when it first came out 5 or 6 years ago.
Worked great until about 4 cases of shells were fired thu it. After that,
Jam city just when you had them sitting on the barrell. Broke down and went to the Baretta 3.5... Can't say a bad word about that gun.
Brownings are good guns overall, however tempermental once gun is dirty or it gets real cold outside... Just my 2 cents.
