well I run a practice regiment that is pretty taxing when I am preparing for a contest. I run three or sometimes four routines in the morning six sometimes seven in the early evening then five or six at night. Plus working on what I feel, or what I am told is weak in my routine I might practice coming down off of my Hail for 20 minutes or something as well as the rest.
It takes a lot of "want to" to keep that up for any extended period of time.
When I burn out I take a break for a day or two but never three, and never within three weeks of a contest.

I want to qualify one day if it is the death of me.
