Mojo / decoy location

What's the best mojo location and decoy location in a corn stubble field setup with laydown blinds? Should the mojo be in front or behind the laydowns? Just starting to hunt ducks in the fields and it's a blast!!

From what I've heard they should be placed where you want the ducks to land. So what we do is either out in front or right off each end of our pit.
Hope it helps!
