The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) is accepting applications for a limited number
of two-day waterfowl group hunts (Group Hunts) (morning hunts only) on the White Lake Wetlands
Conservation Area near Gueydan, Louisiana. Each guided Group Hunt will accommodate up to 12 hunters
and includes a two-night accommodation at the White Lake Lodge. Each Group Hunt will cost $25,000.00
(itinerary attached, with additional details on what will be provided). The estimated fair-market value of the
hunt is $700.00 per hunter, funds collected over this amount will be considered a charitable contribution and
therefore may be tax deductible. To participate please complete and mail this application to the Louisiana
Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, Attention: White Lake Group Hunt at P. O. Box 98000, Baton Rouge,
Louisiana 70898. We will sell up to 12, two-day Group Hunts on a first come first serve basis. All submittals
will be date and time stamped upon receipt at the address above. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
and must submit a separate application for each two-day Group Hunt they wish to reserve. Each group must
designate one person to (1) host the group and (2) assume responsibility for completing all paperwork,
including the application, payment of the hunt, and coordinating other events with the hunt coordinator.
Applications must be accompanied by a bank draft, money order, or other liquid instrument made payable to
the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries in the amount of $2000.00. This payment will be a nonrefundable
deposit for the dates that you have selected for your hunt. If another party has already reserved
these dates an attempt will be made to reschedule your dates. If that cannot be accomplished then your deposit
will be returned. Successful applicants will be notified by mail and will be required to submit the final
payment of $23,000.00, which must be received no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Please complete the
form below and select the dates that you would like to reserve for your hunt. If you have any questions you

Every time i hear bout white lake i get pissed off. But i guess it's like my mama said it's better to be pissed off than pissed on.
