Get in the River on public land and wade the shore and you are fine. The Sevier has some good hunting.
The stream bed is open but not the land on either side. If you dropped a bird on the shore you could not pick it up with out permission.
That is correct! And some parts of the river are very shallow, and some are over your head deep, some places have shallow banks, and some you would have to swim through. Most of those clubs take tresspassing pretty serious too. Those guys don't pay big bucks for hunting access for nothing.
