never hunted it early for geese. does anyone out there know if it is good or just plain bad or where would be the place to go????

are you hunting the public WMA or a private field?

the geese usually move around out there a bit..you can get lucky and get some shooting in as they fly between the refuge and the fields. i haven't checked it out this year, but they had a few geese flying around last season. check out the east side units..if they have cut the crops down you might be in for a good shoot. if not, they'll be where ya find 'em.

looks like the results are in and people did fairly well out there for the goose opener..you might want to check it out.
