Noticed the banded Pintail my buddy is holding ..had three big sprigs come in picture perfect...It was my turn ...I stood up and rag-dolled 2. He follows up and cleans up the third bird......of course his was banded...I swear I'm never going to kill a banded pintail!! That's the second time it's been "rubbed" in my face ...close but no cigar!!

and personally the best part was it wasnt a typical retrieve it ended up being a walk up because the bird landed in a tree im on one side someone else on the other bird comes out on my side hit the sit whistle BOOM Belle just like you would do at a hunt test just alot faster. alsp every was complementing on how well she listened and behaved so all in all a good day with lower temps nice shady spot and a nice little breeze kept me and the dog fairly cool all day but she ended up picking up 3 birds and the last bird she picked up was winged and a runner throught some thick underbrush in the GA pines. so she had a good day

Does Delta Mae happen to be out of Sportsman Paradise Daisy Mae?

No sir, she comes from Marysville, Kansas out of Spinnaker Ridge Chesapeakes. They breed excellent chessie's. Here's their website if you wanna look into them. My chessie came from Dalton and Kimber. http://spinnakerridgecbrs.com/index.html

My first post and first hunt after moving to Minnesota. Not much working in the pics but I am proud that he is as far along this early!!!!! Loves the upland and the water. Will retrieve anything that is put out for him and he has a nose like nothing I have seen before. He is a 3.5 month old wirehaired griffon on the 2013 Minnesota youth hunt. Great dog so far that has consumed my life

Chewy,
Where did you get your griff? Great looking pup! I've got a 4 month old pup griff right now. He is a retrieving fool as well and has been swimming since 7 1/2 weeks old. I am a happy customer as well.

Chewy...

Absolute gorgeous dog!!! I've been contemplating going that route for awhile but haven't bit the bullet just yet!!

I picked up a GSP about 2 years ago to the day..give or take a week. She's a sweetheart. She was a "rescue" type deal and it's my first go-round with any type of pointer breed. I can say this...she may be my first but she's not my last!!!
