Season 1. About 20 retrieves and 2 bands so far. Trained her myself and she's getting better every hunt.

Brag a little. This is behind us and she made about a 40-50 yard retrieve in this crap. Thick as all.

After upland hunting on Wed, switched back to waterfowl for the weekend. First ice of the year.

Only one drake golden eye tonight. But was a very impressive retrieve. Gage swam over 300 yds for this bird that dove over 10 times and swam across the river twice.

So I managed to sneak out for a walk with Cheyenne today. Perfect sneak, flush and retrieve on this beautiful drake Gadwall. I love these days! Storm coming.

Thanks! Its been a fun journey. We still have some corks to work out, especially with geese but we're slowly getting there.
