Houston needs to keep Sage. We need to make a move for Matt Cassel or Jeff Garcia. I'm so pissed!

Jeff Garcia ain't that good and he's bout worn out, Matt Cassell probably ain't going anywhere unless i'm missing something. Best bet is to pick up one in the draft and start over.

Vikings are hosed for next year again. We'll probably draft and RT, a WR or just the best available. Really wanted to see us get a good QB, I think thats what the team really needs. The defense should be solid again, who knows whats going on though.

MD you are right, Minnesota is screwed for next year, but I'm happy with my teams chances next year. The Cowboys just got rid of TO, so things are looking up. :grooving:

No if only Romo will play worth a darn next year.

I'm still hoping Cutler wants out of Denver bad enough where the Vikings make a big move to get him. He'd look great in purple and gold.

Getting rid of TO might help, but TO doesn't make people choke in the playoffs though... Tony Romo...

I got a feeling he is going to Chicago though, but we need him even more. Orton is better than Sage.

You guys haven't talked about this in a while... I'm a Packers guy and it looks like you might wind up with Favre.

Either way this should be a good season. Everyone has made moves to improve and I think it's a 3-way between the Vikes, Bears and Pack. Most Bear and vike fans think the Pack is out of it.

Have you cone to the Pro sports Daily chat site? I go there to get recent news on Green Bay, but when I try to talk with Vikings fans, man do they spew the hate. The other thing is, they only talk about football...nothing else (except on the other sport forums), no foolin' around with funny stuff. They were tryin gto rate who's team was best, and suggested it was BS to do that until 3 or 4 games into the season...so why don't we rate worst owners ( I nominated Al davis and Jerry Jones)...or owners with the funniest names ( I nominated Sigi and asked if he wasn't the same guy on Deadliest Catch.) Man, did they get pissed.

Al Davis is by far the worst Owner in the NFL.

I'm not sure if Jerry Jones is second worst or not. I'm a die hard cowboys fan, and have been for all of my life, and the one person on the team I want to fire more than anyone else is the stinkin owner.

Owners should just be owners. They should have box seats at all the games, write checks, but other than that, they should have little to do with the teams day to day workings. Al Davis and Jerry Jones have no business being on the side lines or in the team meetings.

the Vikies got Favre. The Bears appear to be having a meltdown after only one preseason game, and the Packers look better than expected...so far.

worst owner? definately Al Dufus. JJones could be second as he like to meddle with his coaches adn players almost as much, maybe more, than Dufus.

Owners with the most unusual name: Zygi. The only other person I'm aware of with a name tht even comes close is Captain Sig on Deadliest Catch. the vikes got it going on... will be interesting to see if Childress can screw up his dream team. I'm guessing he's got it in him. Then again, Mike McCarthy won't be invited to join Mensa anytime soon.

MinnesotaDan: I bleed black and gold but i do like Favre. But i hate the vikings. You think he will last the whole season? I'm not sure if GreenBay doesn't win that division this year; cant wait to watch that game.
