pics of my woodie boxes..

Postby fastbullet » Tue Mar 03, 2009 8:29 pm

Just have to cut out the holes then they will be ready to hang....what do you guys think this is the first ones Ive built...I used rough cut wood for the fronts and the rest was out of pine..Should I leave them like this or is there any safe paint to put on them to make them last a little longer....The angle of the pic makes it look like the roof is going the wrong way but they are sitting on top of two more boxes the roof runs from front to back 23inches in the front 24 inches in the back..Image

i make alot of woodduck boxs ill link you some plans that are esayer to make. when you make a hole i put extra piece of wood around the hole to prevent preadeter from getting in. you can use metal but wood is eayer to cut and cheaper.
