An old Army buddy just bought a bunch of flooded timber south of Washington, NC. We're hunting it Saturday, anyone have any eyes on this area lately? I figure the woodies should still be around but was wondering about Greenheads and teal. Any info out there? Thanks.

If the property is where i think it is ya'll can have a chance at mallards on the river side of the property. the woodies are in there fairly good. the pond on the south side also has a few mallards every once in a while. alot of snakes on the property.

Thanks Red ... oh yeah, he read the post and had an issue with me calling him an "old" Army buddy. Change that to "ugly" Army buddy.
