Generally I will try to find an area that has plenty of field/grasses with blocks of trees. This is perfect rabbit territory. The rabbits feed in the field but they spend a lot of time in the trees; reason being is that they must hide from hawks/eagles/and other predators. That said just walk the trees and find pathways and look for rabbit scat. Once located, lay multiple snares on this pathway as this will be a good trail to snare. Also, rabbits like to hang out on the edge of cover put snares down where there are obvious tracks and other sign. Hope this helps!!
